cdcb is a private, 501(c) (3) non‐profit community housing development organization. Founded in 1974, cdcb has been providing safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to the citizens of South Texas and is now one of the largest non-profit producers of single‐family housing for homeownership in the state. Since 2009, it has assisted more than 2,000 families with an affordable place to call home and educated an additional 20,000 families with financial and housing counseling.
