Brooke Durham
Director, Communications
Brooke is the Communications Director at Climate United. She leads communications and marketing strategies to tell the story of how Climate United is building a more inclusive green economy for communities across the U.S. - especially those most impacted by climate change.
Brooke brings over a decade of experience in climate advocacy, communications strategy, and design. Prior to joining Climate United, Brooke led climate and policy communications for Dream.Org, uplifting stories and solutions to reduce poverty and pollution in disadvantaged communities. She also led communications and creative strategy for the Center for Transportation and the Environment and the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy.
Brooke holds a Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis on Environmental Policy from the College of Charleston and a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from Montreat College. She currently serves on the Georgia Solar For All Community Advisory Board led by Capital Good Fund. Brooke resides in the Atlanta area with her family, and enjoys playing violin and spending time outdoors.
