Emmeline is the general counsel of Climate United and its parent, Calvert Impact.
Emmeline oversees Climate United's legal and compliance team. She helps to structure creative and innovative legal structures for new impact products Calvert Impact's platform brings to market. She oversees regulatory compliance and securities issues relating to all of Calvert Impact’s products including the Community Investment Note, the Cut Carbon Notes, the Access small business credit funds and Mission Driven Bank Fund.
