Kim is the Director of People for Climate United managing the day-to-day HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Kim brings her proven track record of establishing effective HR operations and change management, leading HR departments to new heights of productivity. Kim’s career is a testament to her ability to drive impactful HR initiatives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. Kim honed her expertise across various industries, including Media, IT, Government Contracting, and Consulting. She has worked in diverse settings, from publicly traded corporations to privately held companies, unionized and non-unionized environments, and organizations ranging from small firms to Fortune 500 companies.
Kim holds a Master of Arts in Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a graduate certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University. Kim resides in Northern Virginia, and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Oscar.
