Stephanie Seiberg
Vice President, Accounting
Stephanie is the Vice President of Accounting for Climate United leading the team responsible for ensuring accurate financial and grant reporting, enforcing strong internal controls, and supporting all audit activities. Stephanie and her team work closely with Climate United’s compliance team to ensure full adherence to all grant requirements and support optimal program outcomes.
Stephanie has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and program management. She spent over two decades with Marriott International in finance and technology, serving in several leadership roles. More recently Stephanie worked in consulting specializing in the not-for-profit organizations. She guided several clients in managing their Federal grants and optimizing their finance teams and internal control structure.
Stephanie earned a BSBA in Finance from American University and an MBA from Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. She is also a licensed CPA in the State of Maryland. Stephanie lives in Washington, DC with her husband and black lab Adele. She is an avid cyclist and she and her family love exploring the great outdoors in their RV.
